DEX 特徴
DEXギアポンプを押出成形ラインに設置することで、ダイスでの圧力変動を最小化し、樹脂温度上昇を抑えることができます。昇圧機能をギアポンプが担うことで押出機は混練り機能と溶融機能に特化させることが可能となり、総合的な押出成形ラインの効率化、最終製品の高品質化だけでなく、押出機への負担を軽減し、設備の長寿命化をも実現します。
DEXギアポンプは、GP(標準型)、HP(高圧型)、熱や剪断に敏感な樹脂に適したDCポンプ(排出型)や熱媒温度調節用Jポンプ(ジャケット付)といったオプションもつけられます。ゴム用ギアポンプ(平行ギア歯)も設計が済み、製造開始しました
弊社が設計したDEXギアポンプは、渡辺理論をもとに、ポンプ形状を最適化することにより、特に、昇圧120Barを越える運転条件に於いて容積効率20％改善を可能にしました。
DEXポンプは、製造終了したものも含めて全てのギアポンプに直接交換することが可能です。どうぞご相談ください。

T-DIE FOR HOLLOW PROFILE (made by GMA)
T-die for hollow profile is appropriate to PP and PC. Forming air regulator, which consists of individual air stabilizers, enables easy control of blow amount to each section, easily. This makes shorten the adjusting time at start-up procedure,and results in quality improvement of hollow profile. Cooling forming machine achieves high stability and durability by sophisticated surface processing in patented design of vacuum air-flow with a stream of chilly water.
Internal or external deckle to adjust the width is available as an option.(PP only)
